Recently THIS Twitter account was brought to my attention and I loved the idea so I followed it immediately. Soviet Soldiers Dancing posts old videos of soldiers dancing to contemporary music – and I’m smitten. Here’s one of their video posts:

The Menopause View app is useful if you want an app to track your menopause symptoms. It also has other helpful tools like weight and blood pressure trackers so if you’re looking for a place to house all of your menopause information, this might be one to look at.
Mrs Everything by Jennifer Weiner. A story about two sisters’ lives from 1950 to the present, showing how they grow up and find their places in an ever-changing world. I love that this book looks at the role of women through the years.
If you don’t follow Jennifer Garner on Instagram yet, I recommend that you do because she’s amazing. I didn’t know too much about her (besides the obvious), but I’ve grown to love her posts and the way her personality shines through with everything she shares. She posts such fun videos and many inspirational posts too. Worth a follow.
The Goop Podcast – Gywneth talks to Michelle Pfeiffer – I loved listening to Michelle Pfeiffer talk about her acting career and the new nontoxic beauty company she has started. ‘Clean’ beauty is a popular topic at the moment so I enjoyed learning more about her journey into clean scents.
