September is here and I’m starting to think about my Spring wardrobe. Yes, I know that’s wishful thinking here in New Zealand because the weather won’t be warming up for a while yet. And September is also pretty rainy in Auckland. But I have got a few items on my Spring wishlist that I thought I’d share with you today.
Wide Leg Pants
I’ve come to LOVE wide-leg pants. At this stage, I only own autumn and winter coloured ones so I thought I’d look for a lighter colour for the warmer seasons coming up. Here are a few I found:
Left: Zara Wide Leg Pants
Middle: Mango Wide Leg Palazzo Pants
Right: Cos Wide Leg Pants
Trainers
I love a good pair of trainers. And after pruning back my shoe cupboard recently, I’ve found there’s a gap for one more pair to see me through Spring and Summer. I’m deciding between these:
Left: New Balance 574
Middle: Nike Blazer Low ’77
Right: Veja Esplar Babe Orange Fluo F

Breton Sweater
I already have a navy striped long-sleeved top in my capsule wardrobe. But I’m now wanting a slightly thicker Breton sweater that I can wear without anything over it during Spring. Something warm enough to wear by itself, but not too warm. These are a few that I’ve found:
Left: Sezane Colette Mariniere Navy
Middle: Mango Striped Knit
Right: And Other Stories Breton Sweater
Are you looking for anything new for the upcoming season? Are there any gaps in your capsule wardrobe that need filling?
