Spring is Here! Who Needs a New Dress? Me!

As I’m typing this it’s raining outside, but I will not be deterred. It’s officially Spring, and I’m searching the internet for a new dress! Is anyone else looking at Spring clothing?

Seeing that I’m looking, I thought it might be nice to include my finds in a little post. But please note that none of the links in this post are affiliate links and this is not a sponsored post. I simply love these dresses and thought I’d share them with you in case you were also in the market for a dress.

So, this Print Tie Waist Dress from Country Road is super cute. The length is flattering, and I love that it is belted in the waist because I find that quite slimming. Also, the sleeves are a good length. And you could wear it during the day as is, or in the evening with a jacket.

This Long Leopard Print Dress is another great find. Great for day or evening. Wear during the day with trainers or at night with a pair of mules. Would look great with a short denim jacket or leather moto jacket too.

And here’s another cute Spring find – feminine and fresh. Dress up or down depending on the shoes you pair with it.

And who doesn’t love a good stripe? Check out this casual and youthful dress. I love the detail – it makes this plain stripe dress into something just a little more special. Again, the length is great, it has sleeves and the neckline is perfect.

And while we’re talking stripes – here’s another beautiful and versatile frock. You could wear this one on many different occasions – to the beach, out to lunch or even to an early dinner. If you add a good pair of sunglasses and a trendy straw bag, this would be a knock-out outfit.

I ended up buying this dress in the end. They only had the lemon/lime colour instore in New Zealand, but I managed to find a khaki one on Amazon and it’s on its way to me as we speak. I love khaki! And I’m not sure the lemon/lime colour would have suited me, but if yellow is your colour, that one could be really good for Spring.

So, do you love wearing dresses? Or do you prefer pants or skirts? I’m trying to mix it up a bit after a long winter of wearing mainly pants, so I’m looking forward to wearing a dress or two! Let me know if you find something exciting.
