Here are my top 8 most informative podcasts that are perfect for midlife women

podcasts for midlife women

I’m always on the lookout for informative podcasts for midlife women. Listening to podcasts is one way I feel seen and understood, and they’re also obviously a good way to get information.

But after a long time of not having access to much information about midlife and menopause, it now feels like we’re being bombarded with information. Some of it is good and some of it is unproven and sometimes misleading. And of course, many are trying to make a quick buck off this ‘new market’. All that to say, we have to remain vigilant about what is factual and what is misinformation.

So, what to do?

As with anything, we need to follow the science and common sense. But what if the science is only developing right at this moment? What if discoveries are only happening in real-time? What if people are not communicating the information well?  My solution? I tend to follow the work of doctors and scientists who are working in this environment, and who responsibly share accessible facts backed up by reputable studies.

I thought I’d share a few of my current favourites with you today.
