Chocolate or latte, anyone? Here are a few fun, fabulous ways to jump on this new trend.
Brown – or chocolate or latte – is having a moment in fashion right now. Yes, it makes perfect sense in the northern hemisphere where Autumn is coming, but I would say that brown can also look good in spring/summer. You can pair it with crisp white (or denim, see below) or simply include the colour in your accessories.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have heard I recently joined LTK (LiketoKnow.it) – a guided shopping app. It’s an app where you can shop products that are tried and styled by real people in their real lives. You get to follow content creators whose style appeals to you, discover great pieces, and learn how to wear and style them.
It’s an excellent place to gain some help, inspiration and confidence – especially in midlife when you may be feeling left behind or overwhelmed when it comes to fashion and style. I’m here to tell you that it needn’t be that way. Find people who post achievable and relatable looks that you can copy (or simply get ideas from). Because good style can empower us in midlife.
Also, when you ‘like’ products, they get saved in your favourites folder, and if you turn on notifications for LTK, you will get notified when those products go on sale. This is also a great feature for when you want to think about an item for a while before purchasing.
I would describe my style as casual, everyday style – looks that are easy to achieve. And I’ll be posting those everyday outfits, my favourite skincare products and more on the app. You can follow me HERE to see what I share.
And now for those fun and fabulous ways to jump on this new trend:
If you hover over the photos you’ll be able to see the prices – which are in New Zealand dollars. And you can simply click to shop.
