4 Things I tried and loved in January

Today’s post is about 4 great things I tried and loved in January – four fun recommendations that I think you may also enjoy.

Paula’s Choice C5 Super Boost Moisturizer

Vitamin C Moisturizer

In January I introduced this Vitamin C moisturizer into my morning routine. Now, a few weeks later, I am seeing the results of this amazing product. My skin feels noticeably smoother, more even and less dull. I was thinking about trying the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic, but I may just stick to this product for the time being because the price point is much better than the Skinceuticals one, and it’s doing a great job.

Karcher Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Things I tried and loved in January

At the end of January, Auckland experienced some unprecedented rains and there was widespread flooding throughout the region. It was indeed a pretty scary time. We weren’t very badly affected, but we did buy this vacuum cleaner to help with a few rugs. This is not the only Karcher product we own (I love our vacuum/mop hard floor cleaner and the window cleaner too). Have you tried any of these products?

Molton Brown Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel Handwash

Molton Brown Handwash

I’ve totally fallen in love with this handwash because it smells heavenly and leaves my hands feeling soft. I’m just getting to the end of my current bottle and am about to order a new one. Which Molton Brown products do you love?

Morphe 5-Piece Brush Collection & Bag

Makeup Brush set

I bought this brush set for myself for Christmas but only got around to using it in January. And wow, I love these brushes. I particularly love the flat buffer brush because it applies my foundation so well. And the angle brush is great for applying blush. I opted for the face brush set because I needed separate brushes for my foundation, highlighter, bronzer and blush. Now I’m sorted and feeling very professional!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. If you’ve used any of these products before, please let me know your thoughts on them.
