2 classic Winter outfits that are easy to put together

If you’re feeling uninspired or maybe just need some outfit ideas that you can put together with ease – here are two winter outfit suggestions.

I’m finding that my capsule wardrobe game is getting stronger every season and it’s definitely paying off. I now (mostly) feel like I’ve solidified my preferred style, and it’s made me more ruthless about cutting out clothing that doesn’t fit with that style. It definitely makes shopping easier too because I don’t waste my time looking at clothes that I don’t need. And when I do go shopping, I know what I’m looking for and I only get that item if it’s perfect.

If you’re uncertain about what a capsule wardrobe is or whether you need one, I wrote THIS POST that lays everything out simply.

Here are my 2 easy to put together winter outfits

Winter Outfit in Midlife

My camel coat gets lots of playtime during the Autumn and Winter seasons here in Auckland. Being a neutral, it’s my most versatile and hardworking coat because it seems to go with everything.

And if there’s one other coat that’s worth adding to your wardrobe, it’s the Trench. This is another versatile piece that can be worn with many different outfits. The oversized look (for both the coat and this shirt) is popular this season.

5. Combat Boots

We all covet the outfits of stylish women we see on the street or on Instagram – and by simplifying our wardrobes, we can be one of them!

What are a few pieces you wear all the time? Lately, I can’t live without my camel coat.
